Internal and External Protective Coatings Paint Shop

  • 8,000 ft² 100’ x 80’ Shop
  • 2,000 ft² office space for the Nace inspection Group
  • Equip with all Coating tools to complete internal coating of spools up to 40’ in overall length
  • Capacities of up to 3,000 ft² of surface area per lot
  • Six 18’ wide x 20’ tall O.H. doors, three full through bays
  • NACE certified applicators are proficient at applying products such as Denso 7200, SPC 2888,Devoe 253/256, Highlan‐74/AR and Tnemec 335

 Sand Blasting Shop (Internal/External)

  • Blasting System Sand Capacities fed from 100 Ft³ Sealed Silos
  • Blasting System Flow Capacities from 375 CFM air compressors
